Refunds

All online purchases are refundable up to 48 hours before commencing your marketing project, training session and/or other activity (on the set start date).

Please note: no refunds (partial or in full) will be made after the agreed start date.

Extensions to project timescales will be considered should you experience unforeseen circumstances and be unable to participate within the specified contract period.
